THE HOLY SPIRIT PART 3
The Holy Spirit is rather like a policeman, overlooking your life PROTECTING you, as he did me during all the years I was not living for God. He knew I would be HERE TONIGHT, bringing the Good News.
Many times in my life, I had been in very dangerous places, but at the hight of danger, it always DIFFUSED. Even when I took the wrong road, He made sure I was OK.
Many of you could testify to SIMILAR INCIDENTS in your past, but remember the Holy Spirit is showing us, not the past BUT THINGS TO COME. He had the prophets write the Word in the Bible for you today, right now……to use, a road map a guidance system.
Nothing is OUTDATED in fact some of the things ARE JUST NOW MANIFESTING.
In allowing the Holy Spirit to speak thru you, you must STEP of the way. Sounds silly, but you soon learn how to truly become THE VESSEL, NOT THE VOICE.
Women, we live to give opinions and help to others, but then it is just an opinion JUST LIKE ANYONE ELSE. When you allow the Holy Spirit to speak thru you, often you will get all done praying and say; DID I SAY THAT?
I Totally understood this one day when I PRAYED for someone and when they walked away; I said to myself “ I SHOULD HAVE SAID THUS AND SO’ THE Holy Spirit quickly told me to never think about what I SAY, because He KNEW AND SPOKE what they needed to hear, and he put the RIGHT words in my mouth! I never again questioned what I said under the influence of the Holy Spirit of God.
Howbeit when He the spirit of truth is come. The spirit of true is Jesus who sent His Spirit to comfort and lead us when he went home to be with his father.
Jesus said I AM THE TRUTH the way and the life. He is the good shepherd he LEADS us HE does not push. The Holy Spirit hears directly from God. Jesus sent Him to speak to us. The fathers desire is that we all be saved and come to him, and during our days on this earth His desire is to see that we FULFILL the destiny he has established for us.
The Holy Spirit gives us VISIONS and opportunities and ideas. I know the thoughts that I have for you thoughts of good enough for evil those are God's thoughts the Holy Spirit tells us the THOUGHTS OF GOD.These aren't Commandments these aren't mandates we can do them or not and many of us are in the OR NOT SECTION.
As you will probably know MY CAR is a senior citizen she was given to me about 10 years ago. She was in perfect shape when I received her. Every day I pray over and I call her BLESSED AND HIGHLY favored amongst cars. It may sound silly I know but I got the revelation from the Holy Spirit that my car was made from everything from the Earth. God CREATED THE EARTH and the fullness thereof so everything in my car was originally made by God. So in essence I have Dominion for over all the earth then I have dominion over everything made from the Earth. This gives me DOMINION over my car.
Consequently in 10 years she has only had TWO MAJOR REPAIRS, and both could have been avoided had I done better routine care. It is rather like our bodies, we need to take proper care of them or they will break down. Yes GOD can HEAL US of everything all the time, but why not just LIVE IN HEALTH, and avoid having to receive healing time and time again.
Well because of her age, WELL MEANING PEOPLE have been encouraging me to get a better looking car they tell me I need an image FORGETTING that I carry the image of God which has nothing to do with my clothing my transportation or my house but in weak moment I began to agree with them.
So now that you know God has promised me a another new car. And I confess continually I DON’T DO CAR PAYMENTS. God gave me this car, so He will give me another one.
I HAD A WEBSITE that was adequate but I was thinking that I wanted to improve it. One morning I saw an ADVERTISEMENT for a web builder that was Christian advertisement and it intrigued me. I called them and left the message that I wanted some details about building a new website.
Now this happen to be a day that I was off I had found a car the COULD CREATE A BETTER image for me, yet I felt burdened about going looking at. After several calls from the car salesman I just GAVE UP saying well God if you want me the go get this car I will, but you see I was in VIOLATION of what God had promised me. MY FLESH WANTED IT, BUT MY SPIRIT WAS NOT HAPPY BECAUSE I WAS GOING AGAINST A PROMISE FROM GOD.
He PROMISED ME A NEW CAR that I didn't have to pay for. Now I was getting ahead of him and going to buy a car that would include payments and much higher insurance rates. I was not in joy or peace about this decision, I kept asking the Holy Spirit, YET HE WAS SILENT. He was silent because He had already given me the answer and I was overriding it by seeking to buy this car.
I put my hand on the DOORKNOB to walk out and go look at that car. Just at that moment the phone rang it was the web designing company. I was so excited when I talk to them I really wanted to do this new website I was just BUBBLING WITH JOY they showed me some that they had done for very large ministries. I mean the top three or four ministries in this country.
I told them I would think about it and call them back. The HOLY SPIRIT SPOKE AND SAID; BUY IT!! This website would cost about the SAME AMOUNT AS THE CAR. I was looking at. Now I began meditating on this car and I was feeling a burden about it. Knowing in two or three years it would be of less value.., the payments……I was in grief about it.
Now a new Website would provide exciting growth for the kingdom in a few years would have even more value. An easy choice for me ESPECIALLY SINCE THE HOLY SPIRIT SAID DO IT. I was so excited I called the webs company back.
I told that I could make a down payment of $1,000 (the same I would have put on the car) but then I would be able to pay only $100 a week until it was paid off. Now I was sticking my neck out in faith but I WAS excited.
Because the Holy Spirit was encouraging because it was what God wanted me to do He didn't want me to go buy a car and be in bondage to payments that I have decreed I would never make. I WOULD HAVE BEEN BETRAYING MYSELF!!
Oh yes This website hundred times bigger than this ministry is today, the Holy Spirit started encourage me don't look at what you see to don't make your website match the SIZE of your ministry BUT built it to be what you see in the future and what I have put in your heart.
Build it BIG AND GROW INTO IT. Grow, the seed has been planted!
The LAST THING ON THIS SUBJECT THAT I heard from the Holy Spirit on this subject was ; my daughter once again you stepped out in faith AND in OBEDIENCE you have no fear you have no worry you are trusting in me.
My daughter don't worry about paying for this website I WILL PAY FOR YOUR WEBSITE. Now that was in the very first week of June and every week somehow someway the extra hundred dollars is there and the payments are made. GOD is not a man that He should lie.
God is paying for this site because it can TOUCH MORE and more lives and more and more hearts and it's so big and it's so high-tech and it's so advanced I must grow into. I still do not use or even know about all of the features. It would be like when your kids were little and you bought size 2 clothing when they were just SIX MONTHS old. You know for sure they will grow. It is the same thing with ministry, when God gives it, it will grow. You can’t stop your child from growing, and you CAN’T STOP God’s Ministry from growing.
Never base you life on what you see, your surroundsing, base it on what GOD says about you.
